Saints Among Us Award
This year Fay and Ed Gosling together are presented the Saints Among Us award. Fay and Ed give generously of themselves every day at Emmanuel, from the most humble service in thermostat monitoring and maintenance to contractor supervision and systems diagnoses that require advanced degrees in electrical engineering and an adept assistant. The Goslings especially shine at Coffee Hour, where Ed specializes in operating our big church coffee pot, making coffee for just about every host of Coffee Hour, and Fay makes what I’m certain are the best lemon butter ginger cookies on the planet, along with some seriously delicious breakfast casseroles and breads.
